Pros:*Instant hot water within 40-50secs,*Operates with machine off,*Dedicated separate switches for heat/cold water,*Includes cap piercing nozzle muffler so no need to buy extra.Cons:*the three Taps are always open with NO CAPS so cockroaches, lizzards or ants can drink from the tap or smaller ones can even go inside.*Space between the tap and water tray is bit small for 1 liter bottle to fit in but yes you can bend the bottle and fill in..*You have to keep pressing till water is filled in your glass.*Child lock/hot water is irritating. You have to twist the knob and then press it in and the knobs are bit hard initially.Overall good product, value for money but yes Has a lot if scope to improve....Regards...
